Careplan FAQs

Letterkenny Web Design & Marketing Agency

A Care Plan lets you sleep better at night, knowing that your site is running smoothly and protected from malware, hackers, and other hazards. Letterkenny Web Design Service Exactly offers you that so that you don’t have to worry about the particulars.

You can! But is it really the best use of your time? Or would you be better off focusing on what you do best – and makes you money? Letterkenny Web Design Service offers an exceptional care plan that removes all sorts of problems and make sure your site is in the best functionality ever.

All plans Letterkenny Web Design Service are pre-paid one month in advance and billed with a monthly recurring payment to your credit card. You will be billed every month until you cancel your plan. You can cancel at any time as long as you give us 30 days notice. It’s just that simple.

That will be evaluated on a site by site basis.

Subscribing to a Care Plan is the best way to protect your site, but if something does go wrong, I’ll do what it takes to get it back up and running. In the unlikely event that disaster recovery services are needed, you’ll pay a reduced fee on the cost of such services.

I’m not responsible for anything that happens to your site before you purchase the Care Plan, but I can arrange for your site to be restored at a special rate if you purchase a Care Plan at the same time.

My schedule is arranged around the time included in your plan and therefore your hours may not be rolled over.

GDPR – or General Data Protection Regulations – has been a hot topic for a while. I want to clarify what I can do to help that is also included for free with every one of my new care plan sign ups. GDPR for eCommerce is complex as it relates to users and orders as well as other ways user data is commonly collected on a website.

The issue itself is very complex, as it’s all about how organisations deal with data about employees, customers and so much more. I am just concerned with how it impacts your website and your website users.

For eCommerce, it’s all about

  • Telling the user who you are, why you collect their data, for how long, and who receives it
  • Getting a clear consent (when required) before collecting any data
  • Letting users access their data, and take it with them
  • Letting users delete their data
  • Letting users know if data breaches occur

What can I offer?

I would like to be able to install a plugin and call it done, but unfortunately, it’s not that simple.

Here are 7 things me and my team can help you with that would be covered by your care plan (otherwise €200+Vat):

Cookie notices and GDPR
Security audit plugin
Changing the text of your privacy policy
Changing forms to remove automatic opt-ins
The right to be forgotten
Where personal data is stored on your site
Hosting

And here are items which aren’t included. Items in italics are where I can help:

General business compliance
Re-writing your privacy policy
Handling user data requests
Auditing third party providers
Sourcing and replacing plugins that don’t comply
