The Brief
Big Day Signs, based in Donegal Ireland, Sell customised signs / Banners / T-Shirts and much more across the UK & Ireland.
I was approached by Bernard to create a full e-commerce solution, that was easy to navigate and easy to checkout.
My Approach
I began my process by looking through their old website and looking over their google analytics to see where users seemed to be struggling.
It became clear that the site was very difficult to navigate, slow and full of bugs.
I came up with a clean solution targeting all the clients needs.
The Result
When the site launched sales increased almost over night by 80%. The client and their team were given full training on the site. Later customisation for ordering t-shirts to the site too for Hens and Stags
