Eligible businesses must have completed a Digital for Business Project in the last two years, have 1 to 50 employees, be in operation for at least six months, and show solvency with up-to-date financial statements. Eligibility also includes being located in a Local Enterprise Office’s service area.

The voucher covers 50% of eligible expenses, between €500 and €5,000. Allowable costs include one-year subscriptions to new software and expenses related to training and IT setup for that software. Examples include e-commerce platforms, CRM, job tracking, cloud-based accounting, and cybersecurity tools.

Excluded costs include custom-built software, software for regulatory compliance, or upgrades to existing software licenses. Businesses in specific sectors—such as gambling, adult entertainment, tobacco, primary agriculture, and fishing—are also ineligible.
