No-brainer for short-term lettings! We are extremely happy with the website created by Spence Digital for our short-term letting properties. Since launching our own direct booking website, we’ve significantly reduced the fees and commissions that come with relying on third-party booking platforms, which has made a huge difference to our business. The website has also given us far greater control over our bookings. The backend system is very easy to use and allows us to quickly adjust pricing, availability and booking options whenever needed, making it much easier to manage our properties efficiently. Aidan Spence has been brilliant to work with throughout the entire process. He is always available to help with updates, adding new properties, changing photos or making improvements to the site, and the ongoing support has been excellent. I cannot recommend Aidan and his team highly enough, they are truly first class. I, like many people, am a bit intimidated by web site designs, graphics, functions etc.  Aidan and his team clearly and fully explained the process at each stage and made it easy to get to a result which I am truly happy with and indeed a web site that I am proud of, to represent my company. The key is that they take the time to explain things to you in a way that makes sense to ordinary people.  They also have a good sense of humour and are very easy to deal with.
