The Brief
Tom McHugh Construction was established in 2006 by Tom McHugh. He began his training in 1999 by completing a 4-year apprenticeship. After finishing his apprenticeship, he decided to continue working for the company for one year and was lucky to receive one-on-one training, which focused mainly on carpentry. He then moved to Australia for a year, where he worked as a carpenter. Tom moved back to Ireland in 2005, coming home with six years of quality training and experience before starting up his business.
